Please read all terms and conditions carefully before using this platform — they form the basis of the agreement between you and us.
1. General Provisions and Definitions

- Opening an account in the name or identity of another person is strictly prohibited.
ja7 reserves the right to accept or reject any registration application. In the event of false information being provided, the account will be closed immediately and any bonuses in the account will be cancelled.
3. Account Security and Responsibility
Maintaining the security of your account is your own responsibility. Please follow the guidelines below:
- Never share your login details (username and password) with anyone else.
- Use a strong password and change it regularly.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account. ja7 is not liable for any loss caused by third-party access.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Transaction Policy
4. Deposit Policy
The following rules apply to depositing funds on the ja7 platform:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred taka) — for each payment method.
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
- Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits through third parties are not permitted.
- If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent transactions, ja7 reserves the right to hold that transaction.
5. Withdrawal Policy
Please keep the following conditions in mind when withdrawing funds from your account:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred taka).
- The withdrawal process generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours to complete.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals may be partially or fully held until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
- Unusual or suspicious withdrawal requests may take additional time for verification.
6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Rules regarding ja7 bonuses and promotional offers:
- Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. This means to withdraw the bonus, you must wager an amount equal to the bonus amount × 15.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be applied at the same time, unless specifically stated on the promotions page.
- If an attempt is made to collect bonuses through fraudulent means, the account will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.
- ja7 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time without prior notice.
- VIP Cashback Program: Bronze — up to 0.3%, Silver — up to 0.6%, Gold — up to 0.9%, Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
Permitted and Prohibited Activities
7. Permitted Use
The ja7 platform is provided for personal and recreational use. Users may:
- Play games and place bets through legitimate means.
- Participate in applicable bonuses and promotions.
- Contact the support team to seek resolution of issues.
- Manage their own account settings and set limits.
8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:
- One person operating multiple accounts.
- Arranging artificial bets or matched betting for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes using automated bots, software or any other technical method.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Attempting to breach the site's systems or security.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
If these rules are violated, ja7 reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit all funds and bonuses.
9. Gaming Fairness and Outcomes
Fair play is guaranteed on the ja7 platform. Some important information on this:
- A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used in all games, keeping game outcomes completely impartial.
- Game outcomes are not predetermined and are not controlled by any user or staff member.
- If a game outcome is voided due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

- Service disruption due to natural disasters, server outages or other unforeseen circumstances.
However, if any loss occurs due to ja7's own technical fault, appropriate compensation will be arranged.
